GENERAL

Where do your products come from?

We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. 

Our branded products are manufactured in the United States (Miami, L.A. and New York), Austria and Germany,  All headwear and apparel is hand made by Taylor and her team in Los Angeles and our home base, Miami..

Do you accept my currency?

Right now we're able to show dozens of global currencies to give you a sense of how our prices convert into other currencies. We're working to implement new payment systems that will allow us to accept not only different currencies, but also dozens of different regional payment systems. So while the content of your cart may currently be displayed in your local currency, the Shopify Stores process all orders in USD at the most current exchange rate.

Will my headband or headwrap fit? 

We've worked hard to ensure that the size headband we offer will work for many different shapes, sizes and hair types of our clients from all over the world. Each headband, headwrap and multiway oversized wrap are one size fits all. The wraps can be styled infinite ways. Have fun with it! Create your way in T.A.

What do I do if I get my headband or wrap wet?

We encourage it! Whatever adventure your active life brings, our pieces are right there with you. From sweat, water adventures, rain, whatever it may be- our pieces were made for it. Our fabric is quick drying and antimicrobial, meaning it will not harbor bacteria or stink. 

SHIPPING

If I place my order today, when will it ship?

Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship the following week.

Where does my order ship from?

We ship all our orders out of our warehouse in Miami, Fl USA.

How long does it take?

Domestic orders will ship via USPS. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.For international orders we offer USPS, APC carrier or Fedex services. Please allow 5-12 business days to receive your order after you receive your tracking.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive and email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse. You can also login to your account with us and view your shipment’s progress.

How much does shipping cost? 

For delivery in the contiguous US, shipping depends on the weight of the order. Orders over $150 are complimentary with code: thankyou.


Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, are charged as international. International Shipping rates are determined by several factors and are calculated at checkout. The rate is determined based on the quantity of items, the weight of the order, and destination address. Some countries are billed via dimensional weight. For these countries, we offer a flat rate fee of $40 USD. Please note, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes are listed and paid at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and the destination country.

Can I choose to expedite shipping?

You may upgrade to expedited shipping for your order at checkout. Orders must be received before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday to ship the same day. Express orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Please note we cannot control the weather, and therefore cannot guarantee your package overnight. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable

Can you help with a lost package?

If your package is lost, please email us at info@tayloralexandria.com so we can contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.

International Tax + Duties

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes are listed in local currency and paid at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and the destination country.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for exchanges:

We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days.


*Online orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds. All orders placed using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Do you have an affiliate program?

To apply to become a Taylor Alexandria affiliate, email info@tayloralexandria.com with your website URL or social page. Taylor Alexandria will review your application and respond with information on how to join our affiliate program.
