We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days.
*Online orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds. All orders placed using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
